Soleeya V. is a singer and a songwriter based in Fribourg, Switzerland. Various genres of music have influenced her musical path like instrumental music, world music and modern music. From a very young age, Soleeya V. discovered some audio tapes of Burt Bacharach and Dionne Warwick that belonged to her mother and from that moment going onwards, soul music took her heart. Despite having a keen interest in the above-mentioned genres, soul and jazz were the two that enchanted the artist the most. This initially inspired her to start composing her own pieces by focusing on the grooves and harmonies of these types of music. Through her music, Soleeya V. desires to shape some atmospheres, share emotions, talk about being human and day to day life experiences.
